Cancellation and Refund Policy

CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION AND RETURN TERMS GENERAL:

  1. When you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the pre-information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.

  2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.

  3. Shipping fees related to product shipment shall be paid by the buyers.

  4. Each purchased product shall be delivered to the person and/or institution at the address specified by the buyer, provided that the legal period of 30 days is not exceeded. If the product is not delivered within this period, buyers may terminate the contract.

  5. The purchased product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and accompanied by any warranty certificate, user manual, or similar documents if available.

  6. If it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of becoming aware of this situation. The total amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.

IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID:

  1. If the buyer does not pay the price of the purchased product or cancels it in bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD PURCHASES:

  1. If it is determined that the credit card used for payment by the buyer has been unfairly used by unauthorized persons after the product delivery and the product price is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer must return the contract product to the SELLER within 3 days, with shipping costs covered by the SELLER.

IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEABLE REASONS:

  1. If force majeure occurs, which the Seller cannot foresee, and the product cannot be delivered on time, the Buyer shall be notified. The Buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the Buyer cancels the order; if payment was made in cash, the amount will be refunded within 14 days from the cancellation date. If payment was made by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the bank within 14 days, but it may take 2-3 weeks for the amount to be credited to the buyer’s account.

BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:

  1. Before accepting the goods/services subject to the contract, the Buyer shall inspect them; damaged, dented, broken, torn packaging, or defective goods/services shall not be accepted from the cargo company. The goods/services accepted shall be deemed undamaged and intact. The Buyer must carefully protect the goods/services after delivery. If the withdrawal right is to be exercised, the goods/services must not be used. The invoice must be returned with the product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

  1. The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal without any legal or penal liability and without giving any reason by notifying the SELLER through the contact details below within 5 (five) days from the delivery date of the product to themselves or the person/institution at the specified address.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

  1. If the purchase is a service, this 14-day period starts from the date the contract is signed. Withdrawal rights cannot be exercised in service contracts where performance has begun with the consumer’s approval before the expiration of this period.

  2. Costs arising from the exercise of the withdrawal right shall be borne by the SELLER.

  3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be sent to the SELLER within 14 (fourteen) days by registered mail, fax, or email with return receipt requested, and the product must remain unused as regulated under "Products that Cannot be Withdrawn" in this contract.

EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

  1. The invoice of the product delivered to the third party or the Buyer (If the invoice of the product to be returned is institutional, it must be sent together with the return invoice issued by the institution. Returns for orders invoiced to institutions cannot be completed without a RETURN INVOICE.)

  2. The return form and the product to be returned, along with its box, packaging, and any standard accessories, must be delivered complete and undamaged.

    RETURN CONDITIONS:

    1. The SELLER is obliged to refund the total amount and documents obliging the BUYER within 10 days at the latest from the date the withdrawal notice reaches the SELLER, and to receive the goods within 20 days.

    2. If the value of the goods decreases due to a fault of the BUYER or if the return becomes impossible, the BUYER is responsible for compensating the SELLER for damages in proportion to the BUYER’s fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for changes or deterioration that occurred due to proper use of the goods or products within the withdrawal period.

    3. If the withdrawal causes the campaign limit to fall below the threshold set by the SELLER, the discount amount used within the scope of the campaign will be canceled.

    PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED UNDER THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

    1. Products prepared upon the BUYER’s request or clearly for personal needs that are unsuitable for return, such as underwear bottoms, swimsuit bottoms, makeup materials, single-use products, goods liable to spoil quickly or with an expiration date, products whose packaging is opened by the BUYER after delivery and are unsuitable for health and hygiene reasons, products mixed with other goods after delivery and inherently inseparable, periodicals such as newspapers and magazines except those supplied under subscription contracts, services performed instantly in electronic environments or intangible goods instantly delivered to the consumer, audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and storage devices, computer consumables whose packaging has been opened by the BUYER cannot be returned according to regulations. Furthermore, withdrawal rights cannot be exercised for services whose performance has started with consumer approval before the withdrawal period ends.

    2. Cosmetics and personal care products, underwear, swimsuits, books, copy-protected software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, cassettes, and stationery consumables (toners, cartridges, ribbons, etc.) can only be returned if their packaging is unopened, unused, undamaged, and untried.

    DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:

    1. If the BUYER makes payments by credit card and defaults, the BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that they will pay interest to the card-issuing bank under the credit card agreement with the bank and will be liable to the bank. The relevant bank may take legal action, claim resulting costs and attorney fees from the BUYER, and in any case, if the BUYER defaults on their debt, they agree to compensate the SELLER for losses caused by the delayed performance of the debt.
